TERMS OF AGREEMENT

  • Note: At current rate this will give credit for approx. 11500 texts or 10000 mins in calls or 13000 emails. Anything over this will be rebilled to the card on file at a $50 rate and recharged at the beginning of each billing cycle. (Based on 60 characters, send & receive charge).

  • Pricing is PER DEALERSHIP

  • Four month agreement period which rolls into new agreement at the end of each term.

  • All data remains property of Client.

  • If either party wishes to terminate agreement unless is major breach of ethical/brand reputation a written notice of 7 days is required.

  • Both parties endeavour to keep open communication and work together as a partnership to achieve the maximum result. All correspondence to be held in strict confidence.

  • At no point is the agreement, assets, private business knowledge to be shared outside of this agreement by either party.

  • Assets and content may be edited to suit the use of the above systems mentioned to achieve the maximum results.

  • All AI technology, ads and landing pages developed by Pinnacle Online Marketing remain the intellectual property of the agency and upon ending of the agreement will be treated as such and will be kept by the agency.

  • Client data is and always will be owned by the client and as such at culmination of partnership will be handed over to client.
